Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, this role offers flexibility with hybrid work while maintaining a strong connection to regional offices.</p>\n<p><strong>A Hybrid working arrangement is available within the Chicago, Milwaukee, or Minneapolis areas. There may be the possibility of a fully remote arrangement within the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, or Minnesota.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SPONSOR OR TAKE OVER SPONSORSHIP OF AN EMPLOYMENT VISA FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY AT THIS TIME.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support pursuit efforts through proposal development and marketing campaigns</li>\n <li>Conduct market research and deliver insights that inform strategy</li>\n <li>Coordinate advertising schedules, placements, and vendor relationships</li>\n <li>Develop targeted lists and data for direct marketing campaigns and CRM tracking</li>\n <li>Create and analyze sales and marketing performance reports</li>\n <li>Design compelling proposals, presentations, and brand-aligned collateral</li>\n <li>Lead award submissions that highlight project success and innovation</li>\n <li>Facilitate proposal kickoffs, debriefs, and after-action reviews</li>\n <li>Manage marketing deliverables, including schedules, proofs, and vendor coordination</li>\n <li>Build engaging presentations, proposals, and reports using diverse media and data sources</li>\n <li>Assist with planning and graphic support for local conferences and events</li>\n <li>Maintain and enhance CRM/MSIS systems for accurate client and opportunity</li>\n <li>Manage internal communications channels, including intranet, newsletters, and social media</li>\n <li>Partner with office teams to plan culture-building events and employee engagement initiatives</li>\n <li>Develop visually compelling graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum qualifications\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li>\n   <li>Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience within the AEC or environmental consulting industry</li>\n   <li>Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposal efforts and effectively manage multiple, concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n   <li>Strong technical writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Preferred qualifications\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience with website management and content updates</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with IDOT EPAS and prequalification processes</li>\n   <li>Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and marketing automation tools</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of the Illinois market and regional industry landscape</li>\n   <li>Experience working with IDOT, as well as local counties and municipal agencies</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>The approximate compensation range for this position&nbsp;$97,000 - $100,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
