    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>If you reside in California, please see our California Applicant Privacy Policy for more information about our data handling practices and your data rights.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>MV Transportation is seeking a <strong>Compliance</strong><strong> Manager</strong> who shall effectively manage all aspects of DriveCam. The essential job functions are daily downloads of all DriveCam events from all vehicles. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DriveCam Program Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all aspects of the DriveCam system, including <strong>daily downloads and review of events</strong> from all vehicles</li>\n <li>Ensure DriveCam cameras are <strong>operational and functioning at all times</strong></li>\n <li>Review and analyze video footage from the previous service day to identify safety events, trends, and coaching opportunities</li>\n <li>Notify Management immediately of any <strong>serious or high‑risk events</strong> requiring urgent action</li>\n <li>Provide data, insights, and recommendations to Management to improve the effective use of the DriveCam program</li>\n <li>Create, maintain, and distribute DriveCam reports to field leadership and management as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Coaching, Training, and Discipline Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>daily coaching</strong> with operators based on DriveCam events</li>\n <li>Retrain operators involved in <strong>near‑collision or high‑risk driving events</strong></li>\n <li>Support Management with <strong>documentation for coaching, corrective action, and discipline</strong>, as appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Accident & Incident Reporting Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Safety and Operations with <strong>accident and incident reporting</strong>, documentation, and follow‑up</li>\n <li>Support the collection, organization, and review of information related to incidents for internal and client reporting</li>\n <li>Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Third‑Party Projects & Compliance Initiatives</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and coordinate <strong>third‑party safety, compliance, and technology projects</strong> as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist with audits, program rollouts, and compliance initiatives involving external vendors or partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Office & Administrative Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide general <strong>office support related to safety, compliance, and operations</strong></li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality of all safety, personnel, and incident information and share only as directed by the Safety Department</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by Management or the Safety Department</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications & Talent Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal <strong>communication skills</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to conduct <strong>Behind‑the‑Wheel Defensive Driving evaluations</strong></li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent (additional safety or compliance training preferred)</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills, including <strong>Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel</strong></li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a safety‑sensitive environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Starting salary range: $75,000 - $85,000</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>MV Transportation is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.  The information collected by this application is solely to determine suitability for employment, verify identity and maintain employment statistics on applicants. </em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Where permissible under applicable state and local law, applicants may be subject to a pre-employment drug test and background check after receiving a conditional offer of employment.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#appcast </p>",
