Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where innovation thrives!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Mandatory to have Previous Roadway Markings Experience***</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Primarily oversee daily operations of our roadway markings crews with New York City DOT but also manage daily operations with the crews for various contractors, and other parking lot marking crews, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>· Plan and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.</p><p>· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement while managing materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with all safety standards, MUTCD regulations, and DOT requirements.</p><p>· Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.</p><p>· Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team collaboration and innovation.</p><p>· Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational performance, by monitoring job costs, production rates, and profitability.</p><p>· Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.</p><p>· Lead training initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.</p><p>· Train and supervise field staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability.</p>",
