We are committed to improving the health and well-being of underserved populations through compassionate, integrated healthcare services.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Behavioral Health Clinician II &ndash; School Based delivers comprehensive therapeutic services to patients in a clinic and school-based setting. This role provides assessment, diagnosis, counseling, psychotherapeutic intervention, substance use treatment, rehabilitation services, and care coordination for children, adolescents, adults, and families.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health, and improving access to mental health services within schools and the community.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide diagnostic evaluations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy services&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans utilizing SMART goals&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)&nbsp;</li><li>Motivational Interviewing&nbsp;</li><li>Trauma-informed care approaches&nbsp;</li><li>Behavioral and stress management interventions&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide psychoeducation and disease self-management counseling&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assess and address substance use concerns and harm reduction strategies&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate care with schools, providers, families, and community agencies&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide crisis intervention and support during acute behavioral health episodes&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist patients with access to housing, food security, transportation, benefits, and other social support services&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EHR&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in weekly clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and recovery processes&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Master&rsquo;s Degree in: Social Work; Counseling; Psychology; or Marriage &amp; Family Therapy&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Wisconsin licensure required: LCSW; LPC; or LMFT&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, psychotropic medications, and behavioral interventions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience providing cognitive and behavioral interventions for behavioral health and substance use disorders&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must successfully complete provider credentialing, privileging, and background screening requirements&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join Noble Community Clinics?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Noble Community Clinics, our mission is to improve the health and well-being of underserved communities through compassionate, integrated care.
