Join us.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a talented <strong>Industrial Designer</strong> to support the development of new golf products across our soft goods equipment and accessories portfolio. This is a freelance to hire opportunity for a designer who is excited to shape both product and process while helping bridge the gap between creative vision and production.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with our Creative Team, Product Development, and R&D to bring new concepts to life across a range of golf soft goods including golf bags, complete sets, headwear, accessories, and gear. This role offers a unique opportunity to help define the workflow between creative identity, product development, sampling, and factory execution.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is both a strong product designer and a systems thinker who can contribute thoughtful design work while helping build efficient collaboration between teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the design and development of new golf products across equipment and accessories </li>\n <li>Create concept sketches, design explorations, and product design solutions from early concept through production </li>\n <li>Translate brand and creative direction into functional product designs </li>\n <li>Deliver detailed tech packs, specifications, and construction documentation to support development and manufacturing </li>\n <li>Communicate directly with vendors and factory partners to ensure design intent, materials, and construction details are executed correctly </li>\n <li>Collaborate with Creative, Product Development, and R&D teams throughout the development process </li>\n <li>Assist in material selection, color development, and construction details for golf soft goods </li>\n <li>Participate in prototype reviews, testing, and product iteration cycles </li>\n <li>Contribute to establishing and refining workflows between creative identity, product development, sampling, and factory partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For </h2>\n<p>This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial design, graphic design or a related field. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in industrial design, ideally within soft goods or consumer products. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Other qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 to 7+ years of industrial design experience, ideally within soft goods, sporting goods, or consumer products </li>\n <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product design and problem solving </li>\n <li>Experience designing bags, accessories, or equipment preferred </li>\n <li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar 3D modeling tools </li>\n <li>Experience building tech packs and preparing product documentation for manufacturing </li>\n <li>Understanding of materials, construction methods, and factory production processes </li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative and product teams </li>\n <li>Highly detail oriented with a strong sense of form, function, and brand expression</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Structure </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Freelance role with potential to convert to full time </li>\n <li>Reports into the Creative Team within a collaborative design environment </li>\n <li>Works closely with the Head of Product and Product Development teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’ll Provide</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $45 to $50 per hour at the time of this posting.
