    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Provide surveillance of guests primarily in aquatic areas but also on decks and within the resort.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Enforce the rules and regulations and render appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Respond to emergency situations in their assigned zone. Assist in communicating emergency situations outside of their zone.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Maintain skills at test-ready level in accordance with SwimSafe Pool Management’s Training Program.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Advise aquatics management of unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions. Assist guests in a polite and quick manner.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Perform daily routine duties and maintenance of pool to ensure neat and orderly appearance.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Attend all trainings offered by SwimSafe Pool Management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Current license in StarGuard. Training is available.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Demonstrates ability to provide care, sensitive consideration and efficient service to guests.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\"><strong>Must be at least 15 years of age to participate in a Lifeguard Training Course. </strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Swim 150 yards, tread for 1 minutes and retrieve a 10 lb brick at bottom of the water.&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Ability to work in a humid environment and/or be immersed in water for extended periods of time&nbsp;</li>\n<li dir = \"auto\">Position sometimes requires the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
