    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Position Summar</span><span>y</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span>The Manager, Pre-</span><span>Construction</span><span> &amp; Delivery </span><span>is </span><span>responsible for</span><span> the full delivery lifecycle of precast concrete projects at York Precast — from early estimating and pre-construction through to site installation and project closeout. The Manager is accountable for ensuring that projects are accurately estimated, bid, coordinated, and technically prepared; that all documentation and procurement are aligned with production schedules; and that finished products are transported and installed safely, on time, and to specification.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>As a key member of the startup leadership team, this role</span><span> carries meaningful responsibility for building the systems, processes, and workflows that will underpin York </span><span>Precast's</span><span> pre-construction and delivery functions.
