    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.32.32/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Job Title:</u></strong> Route Driver</p><p id=\"isPasted\">Our hard-working team is in need of a Class A CDL Delivery Driver. &nbsp;Hours are defined with flexibility to work Saturdays with one day off per week required. &nbsp;Guaranteed 8 hours per day!</p><p>We offer medical, vision, dental, 401K, paid time off and company provided uniforms.</p><p>Starting pay is $27.75/hour</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s).</li><li>Follow all company safety rules and policies.</li><li>Operate company-owned or leased trucks over 4 tons to support shipping and receiving operations.</li><li>Transport, pick up, and relocate creamery products and materials as assigned.</li><li>Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operation vehicle inspections and complete all required maintenance reports.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service during all pickup and delivery activities.</li><li>Maintain all certifications required by the Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and company safety programs.</li><li>Preserve and protect all company property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition.</li><li>Accurately complete all required documentation for bookkeeping and inventory tracking.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support and enhance team operations.</li><li>Maintain a professional personal appearance that positively represents the company.</li><li>Treat colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and dignity at all times.</li><li>Communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership, recognizing that growth and change are ongoing processes.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications/Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Valid Class A CDL license with air brake and manual transmission endorsements</li><li>Ability to exhibit a positive image and professionalism to customers.</li><li>Must possess a high attention to detail and produce quality, accurate work and quickly detect/ correct errors.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and self-direct/ self-motivate.</li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)</li><li>Must be willing to work flexible hours as required.</li><li>Must be able to verbally communicate, understand and write in the English language.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. &nbsp;The employee is required to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms on a repetitive basis. &nbsp;The employee must be able to push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds. The employee must be able to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
