The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to have fun.</p><p>You would be providing our clients with automatic suppression system design, fire detection, alarm and mass notification system design, life-safety code analysis, egress analysis, fire resistant construction analysis, smoke control analysis and special inspection as well as general fire protection and life safety concepts and research.</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from accredited college or university, Fire protection specific degree preferred</li><li>Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) required</li><li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in Fire Protection Engineering</li><li>General building construction knowledge (preferred)</li><li>Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Duties and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Managing day-to-day contacts with internal and external clients while utilizing experience and technology to meet expectations and develop new work</li><li>Performing analysis of existing fire protection systems, as well as designing new fire protection systems including suppression systems, fire detection, alarm and mass notification systems</li><li>Performing building and fire code analysis and interpretation</li><li>Performing research and documenting for internal and external distribution</li><li>Building and fire code analysis and interpretation</li><li>Performing smoke control special inspection services and report writing</li><li>Project management skills for managing internal projects as well as external client needs</li></ul><p><strong>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.</strong></p>",
