    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Markon is building a talent pool of Facilities Project Managers to support future Intelligence Community missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to manage facilities-related projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery in support of mission and operational requirements. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to customer priorities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This position is responsible for providing the project management expertise for the coordination, planning, and work prioritization of assigned projects ranging in value from $50K to $20M or more.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels</li>\n <li>Oversee the Site O&M support contractor for resource allocation and document control</li>\n <li>Ensuring that the government receives valid cost proposals</li>\n <li>Developing and reporting metrics to support the paradigm of continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Project initiation, assisting in completion of and reviewing requirements documents to ensure that the customer requirements for power, space and cooling are met</li>\n <li>Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners</li>\n <li>Knowledge of facility operations & maintenance activities and procedures</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple and competing resources</li>\n <li>Develop and submit multiple project development documents used for planning and execution of the project</li>\n <li>Prepare and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction related issues</li>\n <li>Prepare and edit/update project status briefings and support leadership briefings</li>\n <li>Support and occasionally provide site tours for distinguished and other identified visitors</li>\n <li>Facilitate project coordination between multiple government stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI with a CI poly</li>\n <li>AutoCAD experience</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of the government organization and method of conducting business</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 7+ years of relevant experience in IC, DOD or Commercial Sector in the last 12 years</li>\n <li>Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes</li>\n <li>Ability to travel local </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP or equivalent project management certification</li>\n <li>Experience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool</li>\n <li>Experience with schedule analysis</li>\n <li>Experience with space planning and development of test fits</li>\n <li>Knowledge of systems furniture and standard office furnishings</li>\n <li>Understanding of ADA/ABA guidelines</li>\n <li>Experience creating Scopes of Work (SOW) for RFP/RFI/IFB packages to include Government Cost Estimates (GCE)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of AutoCAD, Archibus, and/or SAP</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $120,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
