    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Worthington Enterprises is hiring Skilled Production Associates on day and night shift. The goal of the Production Associate is to achieve excellence in all facets of the role; providing the highest quality service safely, while effectively and efficiently increasing profits. These are 12 hour shifts, 6 am to 6 pm OR 6 pm to 6 am, rotating 2-2-3 schedule.</p>\n<p><strong>Why you'll love working here:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Your schedule rotates week to week, giving you every other weekend off. You’ll work 3 or 4 days a week &amp; have a 3-day weekend every other week. This means <strong>you’ll only work 15 days a month.</strong></li>\n <li>We pay for experience, but <strong>minimum starting pay is $20/hr. plus $1.50 shift differential; we also have quarterly profit sharing with no cap.</strong></li>\n <li>Employees who work more than 40 hours per week are eligible for time and a half. Every other week 8 hours of overtime is built into your schedule.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Those who work beyond 48 hours a week are eligible for double-time pay.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Worthington offers health, dental &amp; vision insurance that starts on your first day &amp; provides an HSA contribution.</li>\n <li>We have a gym, medical center, pharmacy &amp; barbershop on-site.</li>\n <li>Paid parental leave is offered for all regular full-time employees.</li>\n <li>As Our Philosophy states: People are our most important asset<strong>.</strong>&nbsp;We provide career development opportunities, training, tuition assistance and more to help you to continue to grow in your career.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>These positions are responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line. Duties include a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing assembly, testing, problem-solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p>\n<p>A good candidate is someone who is eager to learn and grow and shows up to work on time. Our formal requirements are below:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work and be able to stand on your feet for several hours</li>\n <li>Must have good hand-eye coordination</li>\n <li>Competent in basic math and computer skills</li>\n <li>Ability to handle small parts</li>\n <li>Ability to recognize quality issues and problems – detect defects</li>\n <li>Ability to read and follow detailed instructions on productions</li>\n <li>Ability to distinguish between part numbers and sizes</li>\n <li>Ability to count and label parts accurately</li>\n <li>Must follow all safety policies and procedures and have good safety awareness and efficiency skills</li>\n <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.</li>\n <li>Basic English proficiency is required&nbsp;to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.</li>\n</ul>",
