You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at once.</p>\n<p>·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·          Assist with opening national title orders.</p>\n<p>·          Maintain open communication with internal staff, clients, management, etc.</p>\n<p>·          Be a contact for client escalation issues.</p>\n<p>·          Assist with the implementation of new clients.</p>\n<p>·          Provide reporting of new orders and communicate with the business unit on turm times.</p>\n<p>·          Address inquiries and feedback from clients, internal staff, and management companies professionally and in a timely manner.</p>\n<p>·          All other duties as assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·          High School diploma or equivalent required.</p>\n<p>·          1+ years’ experience of administrative work and customer service.</p>\n<p>·          Knowledge of real estate, title insurance industry, and vendor management.</p>\n<p>·          Proven customer service skills.</p>\n<p>·          Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.</p>",
