    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position:                       Final Assembly Supervisor </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Type:   Full-time</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employment Class:  Hourly, Non-Exempt</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervisor:                  Production Center Manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Summary/Duties/Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for meeting and exceeding all manufacturing production goals.</li>\n<li>Guide the team to focus on key priorities.</li>\n<li>Lead department meetings.</li>\n<li>Maintain a culture of cooperation and cohesiveness.</li>\n<li>Identify inefficiencies, contribute to continuous improvement, and implement solutions.</li>\n<li>Timesheet approval of Direct Reports.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Floor Supervisor, and Production Center Manager to ensure successful operations are completed in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Conduct annual reviews of direct team.</li>\n<li>Ensure team is following all safety protocols during operations.</li>\n<li>Provide training and development opportunities to both full-time and seasonal team members in best practices.</li>\n<li>Take on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Purchasing and Engineering teams on a regular basis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Supervisory Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>All Final Assembly department team members report to the Final Assembly Supervisor.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Other Duties </span></p>\n<p>The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Being a member of the SurePoint Ag Team</span></p>\n<p>In addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.</p>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Skills/Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivated Self-starter with a great work ethic that will stay on task.</li>\n<li>Strong organization &amp; analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to gain knowledge through experiential learning.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; people skills.</li>\n<li>Strong working relationships with other SurePoint Departments and suppliers.</li>\n<li>Problem-solver— Ability to evaluate a situation, determine possible solutions, and implement the solution determined to be the best course of action.</li>\n<li>Embrace a dynamic and constantly changing workplace.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Location</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">This position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS.</span></p>",
