You’ll be empowered to independently make complex technical decisions that consistently deliver safe, code-compliant, and professionally finished electrical installations with outstanding visual quality. Your goal? To deliver excellent service while building long-lasting relationships and growing the business. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, diagnose, and repair residential standby generators and related electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Assist with generator placement and preparation for plumbing installation.</li>\n <li>Conduct general electrical/service calls and routine generator maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks on an as-needed basis.</li>\n <li>Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, safety requirements, and company protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform timely, high‑quality installations with neat, professional workmanship.</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and municipal inspectors.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with plumbers and team members to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare materials, equipment, and project timelines each day.</li>\n <li>Lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Requirements</strong> </p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>3+ years of Electrical Service experience  </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Residential Wireman License at a minimum</strong></li>\n <li>Strong communication/interpersonal/customer service skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A strong baseline understanding of the current Electrical Code and safety</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical devices and systems</li>\n  <li>Learn and adapt to evolving processes and technologies</li>\n  <li>Exercise sound independent judgment in technical situations</li>\n  <li>Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n  <li>Work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces</li>\n  <li>Perform physical tasks such as digging/excavating in varied soil conditions</li>\n  <li>Work outdoors in extreme temperatures</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Commitment to company values </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a clean driving record. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer and technology savvy to input/update jobs into computer system</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable & punctual attendance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Service Titan experience </li>\n <li>Generac Certified Technician</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Hours</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $25-$30/hr; some overtime may be required</li>\n <li><strong>Hours:</strong> Generally 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m, Monday–Friday. Some jobs may require an earlier start or a later finish depending on distance or complexity.
