This position utilizes digital tools, ERP/CRM systems, and data insights to manage customer interactions, streamline order processing, and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond promptly and professionally to HVAC customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.</li>\n <li>Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts in the ERP/CRM system.</li>\n <li>Provide timely information regarding HVAC product availability, lead times, and alternatives for out-of-stock items.</li>\n <li>Resolve customer issues by researching problems, coordinating solutions, or escalating to appropriate teams as needed.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.</li>\n <li>Use ERP/CRM systems to track customer interactions, order history, and follow-up activities.</li>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, services, and industry trends.</li>\n <li>Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates Degree in HVAC or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Extensive HVAC product knowledge</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills</li>\n <li>Ability to assess customer needs and provide customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Ability to read wiring schematics and assist customers with troubleshooting of HVAC equipment</li>\n <li>Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and engineering drawings</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to provide customer satisfaction; and still consider the relative costs and benefits to all involved</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>About First Supply</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>First Supply</strong>® is a leading main channel wholesale distributor, providing industrial customers and building contractors with an extensive line of products and services.
