    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Under the supervisor of the Manager, Warehouse and Transportation, assumes responsibility for ensuring that all mobiles have the required materials, supplies and equipment. Serves as a resource for Mobile Unit Operators for daily packing and acquisition of materials for successful operations. Promotes positive image of CBC to the community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$2,500 Sign On Bonus available.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competently performs all tasks required by Mobile Unit Operators.</li>\n <li>Maintains equipment required for mobiles to include tracking, packing and unpacking, maintenance, storage and applicable Quality Control (QC).</li>\n <li>Ensures all needed supplies are packed and ready for use.</li>\n <li>Assists with loading, unloading and set-up of mobile equipment and supplies.</li>\n <li>Ensures an adequate number and type of vehicles are assigned.</li>\n <li>Performs monthly QC of equipment in conjunction with Mobile Packing Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Obtains various reports from the computer.</li>\n <li>Complies with all applicable safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding calibration of equipment.</li>\n <li>Orders, receives, inspects and records critical supplies.</li>\n <li>Maintains confidentiality of personal information regarding donors and staff.</li>\n <li>Maintains prompt and regular attendance.</li>\n <li>Must be able to confidently communicate and interpret intermediate information in English to all members of the public and CBC staff.</li>\n <li>Must have and maintain a valid MO Class E Driver's License or KS Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li><strong>Heavy lifting required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent - Must provide a copy of the transcript.</li>\n <li>Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license.</li>\n <li>Prefer at least 6 months experience in blood collections, supervision and FDA, AABB and OSHA regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good written and verbal communication skills to successfully communicate with donors, staff, chairpersons, community and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Critical thinking and problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet projected goals.</li>\n <li>Computer skills</li>\n <li>Good driving skills and record.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MO and KS driving laws.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Founded in 1958, Community Blood Center (CBC) has served Kansas and Missouri for more than 65 years, delivering more than 150,000 lifesaving blood products annually to 70+ hospitals, EMS and healthcare partners.
