This is an on-call position, requiring availability to cover classes on short notice. It will require covering <br>various age groups and subjects depending on the need. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p>- Provide instruction following the regular teacher's lesson plans or create a meaningful educational experience when <br>plans are unavailable.</p>\n<p>- Ensure a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment. </p>\n<p>- Uphold and model Christian values and integrate Biblical principles into teaching when appropriate.</p>\n<p>- Effectively manage classroom behavior, maintaining student focus and engagement. </p>\n<p>- Communicate with students in a manner that fosters understanding and respect. </p>\n<p>- Collaborate with other faculty and staff, if necessary, to support student needs.</p>\n<p>- Adhere to the school’s guidelines, policies, and procedures.</p>\n<p>- Report any issues or concerns regarding students, classroom materials, or curriculum to the administration.</p>\n<p>- Keep accurate attendance and ensure any necessary administrative tasks are completed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred). </p>\n<p>- Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience (preferred).</p>\n<p>- Strong commitment to Christian faith and the mission of Christian education.</p>\n<p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p>\n<p>- Flexibility and adaptability to cover various grade levels and subjects.</p>\n<p>- Strong organizational and classroom management skills. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Competencies: </span></p>\n<p>- Passion for education and student development. </p>\n<p>- Ability to integrate Biblical principles into teaching and classroom life.</p>\n<p>- Patience, compassion, and respect for students' diverse needs and abilities.</p>\n<p>- A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a Christian educational community. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Additional Requirements: </span></p>\n<p>- Willingness to undergo background checks and any other required screenings. </p>\n<p>- Familiarity with or willingness to learn the school's faith-based curriculum. </p>\n<p>- Ability to work on short notice. </p>",
