This individual should be skilled in all aspects of design (input/output, promotional materials, website visuals, social media, etc) and experienced in brand identity. Be prepared to develop fresh concepts and ideas and create relevant and meaningful work.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a full-time, in-office position.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 34.6px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conceptual development of designs that support marketing strategies and advance overall brand strategy.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitate creatives from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic applications including collateral materials, on-site flyers/posters, environmental graphics, brand identity for print, online, social media, and television media.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritizes accordingly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Uphold quality design standards and brand integrity.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with the department to generate creative ideas and concepts that support overall campaign goals.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts/mockups of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adept at finding creative solutions quickly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Curate digital and print assets through meticulous file organization.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create digital mock-ups and retouch photos for use in collateral.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare final packaging files for print and production.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize large format and modern office equipment to print, trim, and deliver necessary materials across departments.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 34.6px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years of working design experience, including animation and motion graphics.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and graphic design for an array of placements including online, digital, social media, print, and out of home.&nbsp;</li><li>Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, some within tight deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a variety of people and personalities.&nbsp;</li><li>Efficient in operating modern office equipment to facilitate printing, cutting, laminating, and distribution of various on-property creative materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work occasional weekends and holidays according to the needs of business.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 34.6px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
