Apply today!</p>\n\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Brains &amp; Motion Education is seeking dynamic and experienced Summer Camp Lead Instructors to support and guide our 2025 Summer Camp teams! As a Lead Instructor, you&rsquo;ll not only instruct and engage a group of campers but also help mentor and support fellow instructors while collaborating closely with the Camp Director to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching camp experience for all.</p>\n\n<p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Support the Camp Director with daily operations, program logistics, and instructor mentorship.</li>\n\t<li>&nbsp;Lead a group of 10-12 campers, delivering engaging lessons in STEM, Arts, or Sports while fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.</li>\n\t<li>Guide and support fellow instructors with classroom management and instructional strategies.</li>\n\t<li>Supervise campers during all activities, ensuring safety, participation, and positive behavior.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain an organized, welcoming space and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving while promoting a collaborative camp culture.</li>\n\t<li>Observe and document camper engagement and assist with administrative tasks as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>&nbsp;At least 2 years of experience working in a camp, classroom, or youth program, with leadership responsibilities preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Knowledgeable and passionate about working with kids and delivering lessons in subjects such as Maths, Music, Football and Entrepreneur.</li>\n\t<li>Experience managing and mentoring staff or volunteers is a plus!</li>\n\t<li>Skilled in classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive environment for Grades TK-8.</li>\n\t<li>Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address camper issues quickly and effectively.</li>\n\t<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to clearly and positively interact with campers, parents, and team members.</li>\n\t<li>Organized, proactive, and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.</li>\n\t<li>Must possess a current, government issued photo identification, such as a valid driver&rsquo;s license or state ID, and have dependable transportation to travel to assigned program locations as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to lift and carry 20&ndash;50 lbs. occasionally (with or without accommodations).
