Our Florikan plant in Bowling Green, Florida, specializes in advanced controlled-release fertilizer technologies that support agricultural productivity and environmental stewardship.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Operations Intern will work closely with plant leadership to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and supply chain activities. This hands-on role offers exposure to lean manufacturing principles, production planning, and quality assurance in a dynamic industrial setting.
