This role owns system-level behavior, drives cross-functional execution, and ensures products meet performance, quality, and customer expectations from concept through launch.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Define and document system-level requirements for performance automotive electronic products and platforms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate customer and product goals into clear, testable system specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own system architecture, interfaces, and integration strategy across hardware and software.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive cross-functional execution from concept through production launch.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead system integration, validation, and calibration activities (vehicle, dyno, and lab).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with software, hardware, validation, quality, and product teams to deliver robust systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation strategies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead root cause analysis across design, manufacturing, and field issues.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with performance automotive ECU systems and PC tuning software.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of experience developing automotive electronic systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience leading or contributing to system integration across hardware and embedded software.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and engine management systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on experience with vehicle or dyno testing, calibration, or tuning tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with CAN and automotive communication protocols.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and work with complex automotive wiring systems.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Why Join Holley</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Holley Performance Brands, you&rsquo;ll be part of a team that engineers products trusted by performance enthusiasts worldwide.
