    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist&nbsp;with race operation tasks such as, but not limited to: Starting Line, Staging Lanes, Water Box, Back of Staging, Tower Operations, and Tech Inspection</li><li>Assist&nbsp;and perform surface prep, maintenance, and incident cleaning of the track.</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with pre-event facility readiness, including moving fencing, hanging temporary signage, assisting with racer stacking/parking, etc.</li><li>Perform tasks on equipment (tractors/scrubbers/sweepers/etc)</li><li>Collaborate with other co-workers on tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Report any issues to Dragstrip management.</li><li>The hours are dynamic based on the needs for events, but can be long depending on the type of event we are running.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Requirements and skills</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Willingness to learn aspects of Dragstrip operations</li><li>Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and processes. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using basic hand tools.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend basic operator manuals.</li></ul><p>Very good communication and interpersonal skills.</p></div></div>\n",
