If you know high-quality brokers who could be a fit, we encourage you to refer them.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Incentive:</span><br>• USD 10,000<br>• 50% on joining<br>• 50% after successful completion of probation<br><br>Referrals must be external candidates not already in process. Please submit profiles via BambooHR. We will ensure a fast turnaround on all submissions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This incentive is available only for Brokers hiring outside of their own desk, or for Support staff hires.
