Your ability to make an impact is limited only by your passion and creativity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Advanced Practitioner (ARNP/PA-C) salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 (plus RVU Incentive Bonus) with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please click link to see some of the fun we have here at CBHA!!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Under the supervision of the Physician Preceptor and within the framework of policies established by CBHA’s Principles of Practice, this position provides direct patient care.</li>\n<li>Provide primary, acute, and chronic care, including emergency care, in order to achieve, maintain, and restore optimal patient outcomes.</li>\n<li>Engage in health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of frequently occurring types of illnesses and other medical problems.</li>\n<li>Assume accountability to the preceptor for screening, treatment, and follow-up care.</li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for clinical management of those cases that fall within the scope of authority.</li>\n<li>Provide patient care in a satellite Clinic when assigned.</li>\n<li>As assigned, conduct specialty clinics within the clinic or community as the primary care provider to a specific group of patients, for example, Migrant School Physicals, Diabetic groups, sports physicals, well baby clinics, etc.</li>\n<li>Provide back-up to the Perinatal Care Program provider and deliver services according to the CBHA perinatal protocols.</li>\n<li>Participate in planning and instituting health care programs as a peer member of the health care team.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n<li>Promotes a positive work culture and upholds clinic policies and procedures, including the WE CARE standards of Behavior.</li>\n<li>Must uphold confidentiality at all times regarding CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information, and other proprietary information specific to CBHA.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h1>Professional and Technical Knowledge:</h1>\n<p>Must have 3-5 years of experience in a family practice clinical setting.</p>\n<h1>License and Certification:</h1>\n<li><u>Physician Assistant</u>: Possesses or is eligible for licensure in Washington State and is certified (PA-C) by the National Association of Physician Assistants. </li>\n<li><u>Family Nurse Practitioner</u>: Possesses or is eligible for licensure in Washington State as an ARNP.</li>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<li>Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite to create simple displays of information.</li>\n<li>Ability to become proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record Software.</li>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong></p>\n<li>Responsible for effectively communicating clinical information to non-clinical staff, patients, and others. </li>\n<p>Ability to provide effective communication of information in written (including electronic) correspondence in both formal and informal environments.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click here for a summary of the benefits we offer!</p>",
