Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist&nbsp;to join our Corporate Treasury&nbsp;team. This role is located in Pune</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute timely monthly production processes and controls across Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) Actuals and (FTP) Forecasting deliverables using Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) vendor software.</li>\n <li>Partner with Technology team to track production system performance vs defined metrics / Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li>\n <li>Own testing of upstream and downstream changes on both a regular and ad-hoc project basis (project example: migration of input transaction data from one system to another; monthly example: update of firmwide reference data to inform changes to any FTP related reference data).</li>\n <li>Developing solutions using Python, SQL, and data modeling to drive measurable outcomes. In close coordination with US based team, perform data analytics using SQL.</li>\n <li>Supporting the rollout of AI initiatives (e.g., prompt engineering, agent design, curated datasets)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Cross function collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Risk to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that align with enterprise architecture and data governance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Reducing operational risk through intelligent automation and process redesign.</li>\n <li>Reimagining and improving Treasury processes through automation, AI, and data-driven design—balancing innovation with risk awareness.</li>\n <li>Ensure all the job responsibilities are performed in compliance with BNY standard governance practices.<br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of experience in data-driven roles (e.g., analytics, product, operations, or engineering), with hands-on use of Python and SQL for automation and analytics.</li>\n <li>5+yrs experience in Corporate Treasury: Asset and Liability Management, Interest Rate Risk Management, Liquidity Management or Funds Transfer Pricing.</li>\n <li>Expert level knowledge of SQL preferred.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics or related field required, master’s degree/MBA preferred.</li>\n <li>Familiar with data modeling and AI concepts (prompting, agents, LLMs).</li>\n <li>Good to understand bank balance sheet and financial instruments, finance / management reporting systems, Net Interest Income / Expense calculations, and Funds Transfer Pricing assumptions and methodologies.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Power BI, MAQ, Cubas and/or Bloomberg would be beneficial.</li>\n <li>Candidate must be a self-starter, willing to learn new content and tools/processes quickly to contribute as quickly as possible.</li>\n <li>Communication ability via video conferencing will be a key factor in final candidate decisions.</li>\n <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through experimentation.</li>\n <li>A collaborative communicator who can influence across functions, translate technical ideas for business stakeholders, and drive alignment.</li>\n <li>Passionate about platform thinking, process transformation, and driving change.</li>\n <li>Backgrounds in finance, consulting, product, or platform strategy are welcome—but not required.
