We do this by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, employees, partners, and communities—treating everyone like family. </p>\n<p>The Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is on-site and reports to our <strong>Eden Prairie, MN</strong> branch. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of customer service experience, preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older, posses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
