This individual must display a high degree of professionalism, organization and cooperation with customers and coworkers.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge: Construction Project Manager</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Manage all contract documentation including subcontract agreements, change orders &amp; material purchase orders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Review and validate outside vendor invoices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Monitor all project financials, tracking planned cost vs. actual. Job progress vs. amount billed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Review customer billing requirements within the contract and complete, as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensure project file integrity (confirm that all project docs have been collected i.e., bonds, insurance, subcontract signed and fully executed as applicable), project specs, safety plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Validate project field report.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work directly with accounts payable, subcontractors, accounts receivable, and state agencies as needed for tax issues, government reporting, and/or wage issues, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Skills, Qualifications, Experience: Construction Project Manager</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Bachelor’s Degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">5 — 10 years’ experience as project manager preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience working directly with Federal Government on construction contracts strongly preferred, but lack of this experience will not exclude you from consideration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proficient with spreadsheets and project management software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Exceptional organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Superior written, oral and digital communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Email, internet, Excel, Word (MS Office products) and others to include Viewpoint construction management software.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Industry</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Construction</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Employment Type</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Full time</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Matos Builders is an equal opportunity employer.</span></p>",
