    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the team:</span></p>\n<p>The BPR Metrics Analyst will support the Best Practices business function by gathering, synthesizing, tracking/reporting and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights &amp; monitor data-driven decisions on important initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), creating interactive dashboards, validating data accuracy, assisting senior analysts with insights related to business &amp; operations, and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.
