If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects | Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost\n<h2>Impact of the Role</h2>\n<h3>General Profile</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline </li>\n <li>Performs routine assignments using existing procedures </li>\n <li>Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles</li>\n <li>Entry level to a professional career progression</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. </li>\n <li> Provides technical support for the engineering process and contributes to the completion of a project. </li>\n <li> Analyzes project requirements and performs standard technical calculations. </li>\n <li> Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.</li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 0-3 years' experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Engineering degree required</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking. Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software.
