Job Summary Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects | Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost

Performs routine assignments using existing procedures
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles

Essential Functions
Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
Provides technical support for the engineering process and contributes to the completion of a project.
Analyzes project requirements and performs standard technical calculations.
Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
Required Qualifications
Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 0-3 years' experience
Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking. Design review. Project engineering. Resource planning. Technical project management. Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software. Project management software.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel Requirements Up to 25% travel likely.
