The Ready Mix Driver will be responsible for operating and driving a truck equipped with a concrete mixer to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer sites. The driver will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the concrete and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the truck.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Safe delivery of ready-mix concrete from plant to job site in our modern fleet of Concrete Mixers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Employee is required to go up access ladder to wash hopper and fins after loading and unloading</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Employee is required to be able to put on concrete chutes for unloading the concrete (approximately 40-50 lbs) 4 per truck</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Truck cleanliness is the responsibility of the driver and is a daily requirement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Non-delivery tasks when time is available will include general cleaning, basic truck maintenance, use of small power tools, manual labor, and other essential tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Occasionally operate other pieces of heavy equipment as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Establish and maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers, clients, management, and co-workers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
