    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position:</span><span> </span>Associate Field Engineer</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Location:</span><span> </span>BGC, Taguig</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be fluent in English.</li>\n<li>Must have permit to work in the country of the work location</li>\n<li>Training and Certification in IT and server storage would be an advantage.</li>\n<li>Preferably have 4 years up of experience in IT spare parts control &amp; warehouse maintenance.</li>\n<li>Willing to be assigned on the stated office location, and to travel to TRT offices globally on as needed basis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Primary Job Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse</li>\n<li>Resolution of minor incidents that are raised by our customers</li>\n<li>Assisting on parts deliveries to Field Engineers &amp; Service Partner Engineers onsite.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>** Incidents and changes can be related to Servers, tape libraries/drives, storage devices, printers, and various other pieces of equipment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Other responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage spare parts inventory movement and coordinate deliveries.</li>\n<li>Conduct quarterly stock takes and audits.</li>\n<li>Perform minor hardware maintenance tasks and conduct proactive audits.</li>\n<li>Perform quarterly preventive maintenance.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with customers and provide timely updates for service calls.</li>\n<li>Continuously learn new skills and update internal procedures.</li>\n<li>Source local service partners and logistics suppliers.</li>\n<li>Monitor ticket status for resolution and ensure warehouse inventory movement and labeling compliance.</li>\n<li>Maintain clean and organized work areas, and adhere to ESD and OHS requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Deliverables:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain over 95% accuracy between inventory database and actual warehouse stock.</li>\n<li>Resolve supported incidents or tickets within SLAs.</li>\n<li>Ensure prompt, professional, and reliable customer communication.</li>\n<li>Meet commitments made to customers or reschedule with their approval.</li>\n<li>Continuously improve technical and non-technical skills.</li>\n<li>Escalate issues through proper channels in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Adhere to company policies.</li>\n<li>Ensure onsite support availability.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the team for local parts sourcing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Opportunities for promotion</li>\n<li>Pay raise</li>\n<li>Promotion to permanent employee</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day shift</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n</ul>",
