This role combines analytical support, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to enhance performance, efficiency, and decision-making.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Strategic & Operational Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the President of I&M in executing strategic initiatives and operational priorities </li>\n <li>Assist in tracking business performance and identifying areas of opportunity </li>\n <li>Conduct research and analysis to support planning, problem-solving, and key business initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, maintain, and update Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and basic financial/operational models </li>\n <li>Analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making </li>\n <li>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma methodologies) </li>\n <li>Diagram and evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies </li>\n <li>Recommend and support implementation of more efficient ways of working </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and track deliverables </li>\n <li>Support execution of operational and strategic projects </li>\n <li>Organize, lead, and facilitate project meetings and working sessions </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Measurement & Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop metrics for process measurement and continuous improvement </li>\n <li>Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues </li>\n <li>Measure performance against defined standards and align improvements to performance gaps </li>\n <li>Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate improvement initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement & Best Practices</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Research and benchmark industry best practices </li>\n <li>Provide recommendations on process re-engineering techniques </li>\n <li>Support training and communication related to process improvements and performance metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p> Other work duties as assigned. </p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling) </li>\n <li>Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies </li>\n <li>Strong organizational and project coordination skills </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities </li>\n <li>Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>EDUCATION: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field </li>\n <li>2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or process improvement </li>\n <li>Experience supporting senior leadership preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401K Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Working Conditions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting and computer use</li>\n <li>Frequent travel required (approximately 30–50%) for client meetings, site visits, and industry events</li>\n <li>Ability to present to large and small groups in various settings</li>\n <li>Occasional field visits to client sites, including industrial environments, requiring standard PPE</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS & DEMANDS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting and computer use</li>\n <li>Ability to sit for prolong periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Acuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
