This role requires bridal gown alterations experience, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to connect with brides and their loved ones with warmth and professionalism. You will be the final voice of Luv and the last touchpoint in a bride’s journey with us.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>As a Seamstress/Alterations Specialist, your role will be part artistry, part customer care. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take precise body measurements (bust, waist, hips, inseam, etc.) and assess fit</li>\n<li>Perform expert alterations on bridal gowns using hand and industrial sewing techniques</li>\n<li>Pin, mark, and adjust garments as needed based on fittings and client feedback</li>\n<li>Repair rips, reinforce seams, and make detailed adjustments as needed for fit and form</li>\n<li>Collaborate with stylists and showroom leaders to meet fitting timelines and expectations</li>\n<li>Provide a warm, supportive, and professional presence during fittings working closely with both brides and their guests</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li>\n<li>Assist with gown care, steaming, or prep as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in bridal alterations is required</li>\n<li>Proficiency in hand and machine sewing techniques</li>\n<li>Experience working with delicate and specialty fabrics (lace, tulle, satin, chiffon, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of garment structure and fit</li>\n<li>A warm, encouraging presence with excellent communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs (fittings, events, peak seasons)</li>\n<li>Calm under pressure and passionate about creating exceptional moments for brides</li>\n<li>Monday-Friday availability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You bring positivity, encouragement, and enthusiasm to every appointment</li>\n<li>You know how to make clients feel at ease even in emotional or high-stakes moments</li>\n<li>You take pride in your craft and understand the significance of your work in a bride’s journey</li>\n<li>You’re efficient, organized, and flexible when it comes to scheduling and priorities</li>\n<li>You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ready to Join the Luv Team?</span></p>\n<p>We’d love to hear from you! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing your bridal alterations experience and why you'd love to be part of the Luv experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>About Us</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Luv Bridal was founded with a mission to redefine the bridal shopping experience.
