This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of results, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for building and optimizing growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels. From digital advertising and SEO to partnerships and product marketing, you’ll play a key role in scaling our fintech solutions to support millions of small businesses across Africa.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategy &amp; Execution:</span> Develop and execute product-led growth marketing strategies for each of our fintech products.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Market Insight:</span> Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform growth initiatives, with a focus on our markets of operation including Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Madagsacar, Senegal, <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Côte d'Ivoire</span> and more.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Acquisition &amp; Content:</span> Build acquisition loops, run performance marketing campaigns, and deliver consistent growth in signups. Create 2–4 SEO/GEO-optimized content pieces (blogs, lead magnets, etc.) each month to generate and qualify leads.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Engagement &amp; Retention:</span> Create and manage product marketing communications that bring users back into our applications and increase lifetime value.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experiments &amp; Analytics:</span> Run monthly growth experiments to increase ROI, reduce CAC, and improve retention.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brand &amp; Partnerships:</span> Drive buzz and brand awareness through earned media and mentions in strategic publications, and help identify and execute new partnership opportunities.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</span> Work with product, sales, and leadership to align growth efforts and achieve company objectives.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 5+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, including running digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) and creating SEO-optimized content.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fintech Knowledge:</span> Prior experience in fintech or financial services, ideally Bank or SME-focused.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Market Exposure:</span> Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns for African markets.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ownership:</span> Strong track record of independently driving growth initiatives from strategy through execution.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Acumen:</span> Solid understanding of planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting processes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scale Mindset:</span> Knowledge of strategies to grow products to 1M+ users.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional time management, and attention to detail.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Passion:</span> A genuine drive to solve the challenges faced by small business owners in Africa.</li>\n</ul>",
