We&#39;re expanding, and our transportation team is at the center of it all &mdash; keeping freight moving, customers happy, and operations running like clockwork.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We&#39;re hiring a <strong>Transportation Coordinator</strong> to support our inbound and outbound shipping operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with real room to grow. If you&#39;re someone who thrives on solving logistics puzzles, building strong carrier relationships, and finding smarter ways to move freight, this one&#39;s for you.</p><p>You&#39;ll work closely with our warehouse team, account managers, 3PL partners, and customers to make sure every shipment is planned, picked up, and delivered on time &mdash; with all the documentation buttoned up along the way.</p><h3>What You&#39;ll Do</h3><ul><li>Plan outbound LTL and truckload shipments with the warehouse team</li><li>Schedule pickups and prepare required documentation (ASNs, customs clearance, etc.)</li><li>Route freight using our in-house ERP and follow customer routing guides</li><li>Serve as the customer&#39;s advocate, ensuring product arrives efficiently and on time</li><li>Respond to account management inquiries on pending and in-transit shipments</li><li>Support the Transportation Manager in managing 3PL relationships</li><li>Flag driver and carrier performance issues to the Transportation Manager</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities</li><li>Write and maintain SOPs and work instructions</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and recommend improvements</li><li>Take on special projects as directed by leadership</li><li>Provide backup support to operations teammates</li><li>Attend staff meetings and training programs</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li><li>3+ years of transportation and logistics experience strongly preferred, ideally with 3PL exposure</li><li>A degree in Transportation and Logistics can substitute for experience</li><li>Proven ability to write SOPs and drive process improvements</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams, customers, and carriers</li><li>High level of professional integrity and discretion</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li></ul><h3>Why You&#39;ll Like Working Here</h3><ul><li>Growing company with clear room for professional advancement</li><li>Collaborative, team-first culture</li><li>Direct impact &mdash; your work is visible every single day</li><li>Supportive leadership invested in your development</li></ul><h3>Location &amp; Schedule</h3><p>This is an <strong>on-site</strong> position.
