We have a brief exercise for you to help us ascertain your aptitude and skill level.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage the entire software development life cycle from concept design to implementation and maintenance for a complete software system.</span></li>\n<li><span>Make high-level design choices, define technical standards, and ensure the software system is scalable, maintainable, and secure.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop, test, deploy, and optimize new products/features using C# and .NET Core to ensure well-designed, robust, scalable, testable functionalities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Constantly improve product reliability and operational maturity of the products.</span></li>\n<li><span>Design and enhance application interactions with relational and columnar databases.</span></li>\n<li><span>Guide team members with diverse skills to improve software development through code reviews and development methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with product management, </span><span>data platform developers, </span><span>analysts, third-party contacts, and </span><span>QA </span><span>teams on new releases, features, patches, and fixes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Design, standardize, and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve existing products and solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with complex frameworks and software systems to guide refactoring, rewriting, and critical decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate and organize team discussions, prepare agendas, and decide on proper design solutions.</span><span></span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">  </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What you need to be successful:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications (relevant experience can be considered).</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and development of complex distributed software products.</span></li>\n<li><span>Expert level skills in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# development.</span></li>\n<li><span>Thorough understanding of database transactions and concurrent programming.</span></li>\n<li><span>Expert level skills with ORM frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on experience in relational database performance management.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse databases.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with CI/CD operations.</span></li>\n<li><span>High-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to mentor developers and technical product contacts on domain, design, and implementation issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Awareness of the latest trends, tools, and principles to guide team members in applying them.</span></li>\n<li><span>End-to-end understanding and proper documentation skills for systems/frameworks developed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal and written skills in English.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to reside and work in Turkey.</span></li>\n<li><span>Telecom domain knowledge, especially in configuration and performance management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span> </span><span>If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated, a team player, customer focused and bring a “do what it takes” attitude to work every day, we want to hear from you.</span><span> </span></p>",
