Bangkok-based team members may occasionally visit Chiang Mai HQ for team collaboration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking for a Junior or Mid-level UX/UI Designer, who is Thai, motivated, curious and practical to join our growing design team. Our design workflow increases using AI-assisted tools to speed up exploration, improve communication, and enhance design quality.</p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You'll work closely with senior designers and project teams, receiving feedback and mentorship while gradually taking ownership of larger design tasks.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with fellow designers, developers, project managers, and other cross-functional team members to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications</li>\n<li>Support client communication alongside senior team members, helping to understand project goals, clarify requirements, and ensure designs meet client needs</li>\n<li>Participate in user research and usability testing, with guidance from senior team members when needed, and apply insights to design decisions</li>\n<li>Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate and iterate on design concepts</li>\n<li>Support the development and maintenance of design guidelines, design systems, and component libraries</li>\n<li>Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to accelerate ideation, UX writing, research synthesis, problem-solving, and design workflows</li>\n<li>Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and AI capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p>Design Skills</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of core UX/UI design principles: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and usability</li>\n<li>Ability to translate requirements into clear wireframes, user flows, and polished UI designs</li>\n<li>A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, problem-solving process, and ability to move from requirements to polished design</li>\n<li>Ability to explain design decisions clearly and receive feedback constructively</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Tools</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working proficiency in Figma (required), including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems</li>\n<li>Familiarity with other design or prototyping tools is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> AI Literacy</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic understanding of how AI tools work and how they can support design workflows</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for ideation, content generation, UX writing, or problem-solving</li>\n<li>Openness to learning and adopting new AI-powered tools as they emerge</li>\n<li>A practical mindset about using AI as a support tool while maintaining strong design judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Soft Skills &amp; Other</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English (essential for working with our international clients and team)</li>\n<li>Good communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Eager to learn, self-motivated, and proactive in seeking feedback</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have the right portfolio and practical experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You'll Be Successful in This Role If</p>\n<ul>\n<li>You enjoy turning unclear requirements into clear, user-friendly experiences</li>\n<li>You are comfortable asking questions and explaining your design decisions</li>\n<li>You value feedback and want to grow through mentorship and hands-on project work</li>\n<li>You are curious about how AI can improve design quality, speed, and collaboration</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Nice to Have</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies</li>\n<li>Exposure to agile or software development workflows</li>\n<li>Interest in enterprise software, B2B products, or complex systems design</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What We Offer</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li>\n<li>Flexible hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)</li>\n<li>Health insurance and performance bonuses</li>\n<li>Fun monthly team events and a warm, inclusive company culture</li>\n<li>Clear growth path, regular feedback, and opportunities to develop within an AI-forward design team</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment with mentorship from experienced designers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are passionate about creating user-centered designs and curious about the future of AI-assisted design, we'd love to hear from you.
