      "content": "<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prior project experience with MoDOT and/or KDOT&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with urban, multimodal transportation planning and traffic calming&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience leading teams in a project client environment&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with Synchro 12 and traffic signal operations/phasing&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with traffic simulation modeling software packages such as PTV’s VISSIM&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with innovative intersection and interchange configurations&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with the predictive methods of the Highway Safety Manual&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with traffic forecasting methods&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with travel demand modeling software packages such as Caliper’s TransCAD&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience with urban, multimodal transportation planning and traffic calming</li>\n</ul>"
