    "description_html": "<p><strong>MFLC Adult and Youth Behavioral Counselors</strong><br></p><p>Venesco LLC is looking for adult and school-based Counselors across the country to work as<strong> Military Family Licensed Counselors (MFLC) </strong>to support military members and families. These positions <strong>require an independent clinical license in any state. </strong>Eligible license types include: LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, and LMHC. If you are working on your independent license, let's start the conversation!</p><p><br></p><p>In this role you will help military members and families with the complex stresses of military life through <strong>non-clinical counseling</strong>, coaching, training and education. You will provide a wide range of problem-solving skills to address areas such as deployment, frequent relocations, isolation from extended family members, children coping with the absence of a parent, child education, stress management, marital problems, parenting, fear, grief, loss and spousal employment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Additionally, we are <strong>seeking on-demand counselors </strong>for weekend and after hour events as well as short-term assignments to cover for gaps in service.</p><p><br></p><p>These are all in-person positions on or near military installations across the nation. <em>All positions are contingent upon contract award.&nbsp;</em></p><p><br></p><p>School counselors and Child Development Center Counselors are assigned to DoDEA schools, military childcare centers, and in some cases, local community schools. Counselors should have experience working in a school setting to qualify for CYB positions. CYB counselors are also assigned to youth programs, summer camps, and for on demand assignments. CYB counselors are responsible for working closely with military branch Points of Contact (POCs) to assure that the program is provided within the scope of the contract and meets the needs of assigned installation.</p><p><br></p><p>It is an honor to provide non-medical services to active-duty service members and their families, and we are grateful to support such a valued customer and important mission.</p><p><br></p><p>Venesco, LLC, is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
