    "description": "<h2>-</h2>\n<p><strong>Overnight Bell/Valet Attendant - HOTEL</strong></p>\n<p><strong>(Shuttle Driving Support)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay: $17.00 per hour + Tips$$$Location: Reno, NevadaJob Type: Full-Time and Part-TimeShifts: Overnight Graveyard (must be able to work on weekends)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused <strong>Bell/Valet Attendant</strong> to join our hotel hospitality team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> This position primarily supports bell and valet services, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and seamless arrival and departure experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to bell and valet duties, <strong>this role may also assist with shuttle driving as needed.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Bell & Valet Services (Primary Focus)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greeting guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure</li>\n <li>Provide luggage assistance, including loading, unloading, storage, and delivery to guest rooms</li>\n <li>Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate valet ticketing and vehicle documentation</li>\n <li>Provide guests with directions, hotel information, and local recommendations</li>\n <li>Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude</li>\n <li>Ensure the driveway and lobby areas remain organized and welcoming</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Shuttle Driving Support (As Needed)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations</li>\n <li>Assist passengers with baggage loading and unloading</li>\n <li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li>\n <li>Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure safe transport</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members regarding routes and guest needs</li>\n <li>Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle concerns promptly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What’s In It for You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive hourly pay + tips</li>\n <li>Opportunities for promotion — we promote from within</li>\n <li>Free parking</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling</li>\n <li>Paid holidays and wellness time</li>\n <li>Free, confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available 24/7</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Full-Time Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid vacation plus an extra day off for your birthday</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision</li>\n <li>8 supplemental insurance options, including pet insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Eligibility Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 20 years of age</li>\n <li>Must have been continuously licensed for at least the past 3 years</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid United States driver’s license</li>\n <li>Within the past 3 years, there must be no violations including:</li>\n <li>Driving with a suspended license</li>\n <li>Leaving the scene of an accident</li>\n <li>Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement</li>\n <li>Any alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses</li>\n <li>Refusal to submit to a BAC test for DUI/DWI</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License (Passenger endorsement or CDL if required for shuttle operation)</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a DOT physical exam (if required for shuttle duties)</li>\n <li>Ability to safely operate guest vehicles, passenger vans, and shuttle buses</li>\n <li>Strong customer service and hospitality skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>\n <li>Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous bell, valet, or hospitality experience</li>\n <li>Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle</li>\n <li>1+ year of customer service experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>*This list is not all-inclusive.
