Description General Summary Works collaboratively with Vice Presidents and Administrators on emerging issues, strategic initiatives and program development. Provides coordination and support – including working with consultants and potential partners. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Works with leadership to develop and support strategic programs and projects which advance the WellSpan Strategic Plan. Builds relationships and communication channels throughout the organization and works to clarify and define processes. Establishes information and frameworks to align current initiatives including a shared file system, historical context, and timeframe for activity. Works on special projects as assigned. Common Expectations: Develops, establishes and implements goals, objectives, and policies and procedures for department/service line/entity operation, and which guide and support the provision of the department/service line/entity's services. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. Required for All Jobs: Performs other related duties as identified. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good conceptual skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Facilitation skills and business analysis. Ability to use a variety of computer applications. Strong presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare clinical issues and care delivery. Ability to work with a wide variety of teams and team members. Understands and role models System Mission, Vision, Values and "Systemness."
