This role is responsible for setting the strategic vision of the program and ensuring excellence in its standards, quality, and national reputation. The Fellowship Director collaborates closely with physician practices and hospital clinical services to integrate fellowship training in a way that enhances value, quality of care, and the environment for professional practice and medical education.
