Your expertise will be invaluable as you identify, evaluate and propose effective strategies to mitigate risks during the project pursuit and bid phase. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to shape successful project outcomes and safeguard our interests.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyzes proposal and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identifies and pursues risk mitigation and risk transfer opportunities in close collaboration with the operational pursuit teams, business development, legal, insurance, and procurement. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates all risk review and management activities throughout the various Bid Review Committee (BRC) phases to ensure all key risks resolved by time of bid delivery.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops risk transfer strategies for joint venture, design agreements and main subcontracts.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares opinions and facilitates executive decision making with respect to key issues in project pursuits.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops risk review and control tools, including policies, processes and systems.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Forms trustful relationships key with stakeholders in estimating, business development, operations, and create alignment on the Company’s risk management philosophies.   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field required. </li>\n <li>5+ years’ experience with construction project contracts required. </li>\n <li>Experience with contracts, negotiations, pursuit management preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills required. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written skills required.</li>\n <li>Strong collaboration and team player attitude. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $130,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $160,000.00/Yr.",
