    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Bentley Mills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Coordinator to support the Marketing Department by managing and maintaining the company website as a key brand, communication, and business development tool. This role is responsible for ensuring the website is accurate, visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with Bentley Mills&rsquo; brand standards, sustainability leadership, and business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Manage day-to-day updates to the Bentley Mills website using the company&rsquo;s CMS (Wordpress).</li><li>Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and visual quality.</li><li>Support creation of marketing campaigns, product launches, landing pages and microsites.</li><li>Monitor website functionality, usability, performance and traffic that will inform and support other departments.</li><li>Manage SEO best practices, analytics and performance tracking.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT teams.</li><li>Ensure the site complies with legal standards and security protocols</li><li>Monitor competitor sites and industry trends to keep Bentley Mills website competitive</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of website or CMS management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Expert in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Figma, Powerpoint, Canva, Monday and Canto&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in a brand-led or design-focused organization (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools&nbsp;</li></ul><p>This position is on Site and reports to the VP of Marketing &amp; Business Development for Bentley Mills, Inc.&nbsp;</p><p>The Website Coordinator will be responsible for managing their expenses, complying with safety rules, environmental regulations and all other Company Policies and Procedures&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">*This is a general description of duties and responsibilities and is not meant to be all-inclusive.  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as deemed appropriate/necessary.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Starting pay range: $ 30-35/HR</p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity &amp; ADA Statement</strong></p><p>Bentley Mills is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
