(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>- Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters- Review of orders on contract for contract/procedural compliance- Manage all orders on contract for projects within the Division of Construction - Region 5- Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract--Assist with the review of project claims when requested- Develop cost estimates for project teams \n<p>Position can be based at any of these upstate NY locations: Comstock, Dannemora, Malone, Saranac Lake, Comstock, Rome, Marcy, Watertown</p>\n<p> </p> \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>For Estimator</strong>: - Shall possess, at a minimum, four (4) years of experience respectively, in cost estimating, including the cost preparation/review of architectural, mechanical, electrical systems/components of building construction projects, along with the review/negotiation of cost proposals.- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of construction estimating experience- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel- Experience with construction estimating software - i.e. Means CostWorks</p><p><strong>For Sr. Estimator</strong>:- Shall possess, at a minimum, six (6) years of experience respectively, in cost estimating, including the cost preparation/review of architectural, mechanical, electrical systems/components of building construction projects, along with the review/negotiation of cost proposals.- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with two (2) years of construction estimating experience, OR associates degree with four (4) years of construction estimating experience- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel- Experience with construction estimating software - i.e. Means CostWorks</p></li>\n <li>OSHA 10</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
