    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h1>Job Summary&nbsp;</h1><p>The Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Marriage Family Therapist/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker will perform the diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders, including addictive disorders; psychoeducational techniques aimed at the prevention of such disorders; consultation to individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations; and research into more effective therapeutic treatment modalities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h1>Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</h1><p>1. Provides clinical services.&nbsp;</p><p>a. Maintains clinical expertise and competency (to include age specific competency) as well as demonstrates thorough knowledge of procedures to deliver quality behavioral health care.&nbsp;</p><p>b. Provides direct patient care in scheduled clinic sessions, at each assigned clinic, including extended hours.&nbsp;</p><p>c. Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients to specialty care services, as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>d. Provides continuity of care to clinic patients on his or her patient panel and other patients as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>e. Maintains a behavioral health record for each patient seen in accordance with the Center’s established Health Information Management policies and procedures to include providing appropriate and legible documentation.&nbsp;</p><p>f. Ensures that patient receives psychoeducation regarding diagnosis and the plan of care.&nbsp;</p><p>g.
