We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay, LA, and Long Beach. . If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by the potential for uncapped commissions backed by a written agreement, this is the opportunity for you. Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English. You will regularly assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects, so if you are not fluent in Spanish, please do not apply. What You’ll Do · Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person · Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features · Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents · Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems) · Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets · Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies · Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
