    "description": "<p>QA Tester Job Description</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<p>- Review and analyze system specifications</p>\n<p>- Design and develop automation scripts when needed</p>\n<p>- Analyze users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility</p>\n<p>- Evaluate product code according to specifications</p>\n<p>- Create logs to document testing phases and defects</p>\n<p>- Report bugs and errors to development teams</p>\n<p>- Help troubleshoot issues</p>\n<p>- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing</p>\n<p>- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle</p>\n<p>- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies</p>\n<p>- Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle</p>\n<p>- Provide support and documentation</p>\n<p>- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<p>- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role</p>\n<p>- Experience in project management and QA methodology</p>\n<p>- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus</p>\n<p>- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors</p>\n<p>- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL</p>\n<p>- Excellent communication skills</p>\n<p>- Attention to detail</p>\n<p>- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude</p>\n<p>- Strong organizational skills</p>\n<p>- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field</p>",
