    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Part Time Dental Hygienist to be part of our Dental Team.</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">What We Offer You:</p><ul><li>403(b) retirement account with company matching</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\">What You&#39;ll Do:</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Performs duties of a dental hygienist by completing dental prophylaxis; providing oral radiographic studies; charting conditions of decay and disease; performing procedures in compliance with dental standard practice. Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Completes dental prophylaxis by cleaning deposits and stains from teeth and from beneath gum margins.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation and setting up of materials necessary for each procedure.</li><li>Detects potential disease by using probes to locate periodontal disease and assess levels of recession</li><li>Assist in managing dental emergencies</li><li>Mechanical polishing of the coronal portion of the teeth</li><li>Application of desensitizing agents</li><li>Whitening of the coronal portion of the teeth using tray-based systems; including the application of a dam if required for these tray-based systems</li><li>Application of desensitizing agents</li><li>Responsible for following all OSHA Standards, sterilization of instruments, and the cleaning and routine maintenance of the clinic and equipment.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\">What We&#39;re Looking For:</p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Certification/Licensure Specific Requirements:</li></ul><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Must Maintain CPR Certification</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Dental Radiology Certification</p><ul><li>Knowledge of dental terminology</li><li>Bilingual preferred, but not required.
