Contact us today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shanel Green</p>\n<p>NovaCare Rehabilitation</p>\n<p>610-223-5944 Cell</p>\n<p>[email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage operations of at least two therapy centers and assure efficient caseload management patient scheduling. </li>\n <li>Implement local market business plan, including company objectives and initiatives.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing fiscal budets and strategic plans for assigned centers.</li>\n <li>Ensure profitiability and justify monthly profit and loss statement negative variance for your areas of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Help develop center-specific marketing/sales plans for traditional referrals.</li>\n <li>Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels and quality of care. Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. .</li>\n <li>Conduct staff orientation and training, and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans.</li>\n <li>Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities).
